Objectives:
to construct statements of nursing diagnoses for the clinical practice of rehabilitation of people with spinal cord injury using the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP®) and Orem’s theory of self-care.
Methods:
methodological study developed in four steps: identification of relevant terms to clinical nursing practice in the rehabilitation of people with spinal cord injury; mapping of selected terms with ICNP® terms; construction of nursing diagnoses statements; mapping of statements constructed with pre-coordinated concepts of the ICNP®.
Results:
241 statements of nursing diagnoses were constructed and categorized according to the self-care requisites of the theory. The most prevalent statements were those related to universal requisites, followed by developmental requisites and health deviation requisites.
Conclusions:
the constructed nursing diagnoses reflect the complexity of phenomena evidenced in the clinical practice of rehabilitation, allowing a systematic and comprehensive care to the person with spinal cord injury.

Objectives:
to develop an ICNP® terminology subset to care for people with tuberculosis.
Methods:
a methodological research that followed the following steps: identification and validation of empirical indicators of altered needs relevant to people with tuberculosis based on literature; cross-mapping of the empirical indicators of altered needs identified with ICNP® 2017 terms; construction of nursing diagnoses/outcomes and interventions; assessment of relevance of nursing diagnoses /outcomes and interventions and ICNP® terminology subset structuring.
Results:
an ICNP® terminology subset was developed to care for people with tuberculosis with 51 diagnoses/outcomes and 264 nursing interventions, assessed by nurses from Primary Health Care and structured according to Wanda Horta’s Theory of Basic Human Needs.
Final Considerations:
the subset is a technological instrument through which it is possible to identify the elements of nursing practice from the affected human needs.

Objectives:
to investigate the scientific evidence on the use of Bloom’s taxonomy for developing competence in nursing professionals and students in clinical simulation.
Methods:
integrative review of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Web of Science and SCOPUS databases, using the Rayyan application.
Results:
a total of 871 studies were identified; four composed the sample. The development of clinical competence occurred through the coordination of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. To develop the cognitive domain, the objectives of knowledge and comprehension of the Bloom’s taxonomy were mobilized. The psychomotor domain required development of the skills demanded by the proposed clinical care. The affective domain was developed through will and motivation to learn.
Conclusions:
it is possible to develop clinical competence in nursing by adopting Bloom’s taxonomy in each phase of clinical simulation.

Objective:
Evaluate the impairment of tissue integrity in patients with diabetic foot and verify its association with time of diagnosis of the disease.
Methods:
Cross-sectional study conducted with 134 patients in an outpatient clinic located in the Northeast region of Brazil. A semi-structured questionnaire was used for data collection, which was subjected to descriptive analysis and the Mann-Whitney U non-parametric test.
Results:
Indicators with the lowest average score were: skin temperature, sweating, skin lesions, right and left pedal pulses, right and left tibial pulses. Patients less than ten years old had worse scores on thickness, elasticity, right tibial pulse and tissue integrity. Those with a diagnosis time of more than ten years had a greater impairment of sensation and right pulse.
Conclusion:
All indicators showed some impairment of tissue integrity, and the time of diagnosis of the disease was associated with six of these.

Objective:
To construct a nomenclature of nursing diagnoses, outcomes and interventions for elderly people under follow-up in the Family Health Strategy by using the International Classification for Nursing Practice and the theoretical reference of Virginia Henderson.
Method:
Methodological study developed according to guidelines of the International Council of Nurses.
Results:
A total of 127 concepts of nursing diagnoses/outcomes were constructed and distributed according to nursing care components in the subcategories of Biological/Physiological, Psychological, Social and Spiritual/Moral components. For these diagnoses, were proposed 551 nursing interventions.
Conclusion:
The concepts constructed may favor integral care for the elderly in the Family Health Strategy and the structuring of a terminological subset for this clientele.

Objective:
to describe the conception of justice of nurses and users regarding the Risk Classification in Emergency Unit; to analyze the conception of justice in the implementation of the Risk Classification in Emergency Unit from the user’s recognition; to discuss, from Axel Honneth’s Theory of Recognition, justice with the user in the Risk Classification in Emergency Unit.
Method:
qualitative research of descriptive, exploratory typology, which used action research as a method. Bardin’s Content Analysis was carried out.
Results:
a category was created: “Justice versus Injustice” and three subcategories: “Autonomy/Freedom versus Heteronomy/Subordination”; “Communication versus Hermeneutic Problems”; “Contributions versus Conflicts”.
Final considerations:
Embracement with Risk Classification presents difficulties in its interpretation and effectiveness; there are situations of disrespect that compete against the required ethics. Justice addressed by this study will be achieved by an emergency access system that meets user expectations, recognizing it as a subject of rights.

Objective:
to validate the terms of the specialized nursing language used in care for hospitalized patients with Pressure Injury, identified in nurses’ records, mapping them with the terms of the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP® 2017).
Methods:
methodological study, carried out at a School Hospital in 2018. It was performed: extraction of terms of medical records; normalization; cross-mapping between extracted terms and those in ICNP®; distribution in the seven axes; theoretical definition and validation of terms.
Results:
27,756 terms were extracted. The normalization resulted in 370 relevant terms, being: 225 listed and 145 not listed in the ICNP®, being 60 similar, 13 more comprehensive, 38 more restricted and 34 without agreement, all of which are validated.
Conclusion:
this study identified and validated terms used by nurses to assist people with Pressure Injury. These may contribute to the unification of professional nursing language in care for these clients.

Objectives:
To identify useful terms for nursing practice in the care of people with leprosy and to cross-mapp the identified terms with the ICNP® terms.
Method:
A descriptive, documentary study that included publications of the Ministry of Health in the area of leprosy launched between 2002 and 2017. The terms identified in these publications were extracted and underwent a normalization proces and then, were cross-mapped with terms of the ICNP® version 2015 for the identification of constant and non-constant terms in this terminology.
Results:
In total, were extracted 1,177 terms, of which 26.76% were equal, 4.59% similar, 4.26% were broader, 19.62% were more restricted, and 44.77% were totally different from the ICNP® terms.
Conclusions:
The large number of terms identified and not included in the ICNP® show the need for its expansion in order to contemplate the phenomena of clinical practice more effectively and allow better representation of nursing care for people with leprosy.
