Objectives:
to describe the development and modeling of a line of care for the prevention and attention of morbimortality from external causes in adolescents and young people within the scope of the municipal management of the Unified Health System.
Methods:
methodological study operationalized in three stages: situational analysis; literature review; development, and modeling. Descriptive statistical analysis and content analysis of the thematic type were used to produce evidence and support the development of the line of care.
Results:
by upholding the evidence of the study, it was elaborated a line of care, whose theoretical and methodological proposal included: 1) conceptual matrix, 2) educative matrix, 3) assistance matrix, and 4) operative matrix.
Final Considerations:
the lines of care are strong tools for articulating the levels of health care, being a resolute and feasible proposal given its cost-effectiveness for complex health demands such as the morbimortality of adolescents and young people from external causes.

Objectives:
to evaluate the quality of Primary Health Care attributes according to the characterization and perspective of women of reproductive age.
Methods:
descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional study, with 397 women of reproductive age from six municipalities in the 16th Health Region of the state of Paraná, with variables for sociodemographic characterization and the Primary Care Assessment Tool (PCATool).
Results:
mean age, 30.43 years old, most were married, 70.2% worked outside the home and 55.5% had completed high school. The highest average score of the eight domains evaluated was “Family Guidance” and “Coordination - Integration of Care”, with averages of 5.86 and 4.89. Domains “Integrality - Services Provided” and “Community Orientation” had lower averages (3.32 and 3.76).
Conclusions:
the study allowed tracing the characterization of the participants and identifying that the attributes of Primary Care are unsatisfactory, making it necessary to expand access to the services offered and to qualify the comprehensive care for women’s health.

Objectives:
to identify how nurses are trained to manage care.
Methods:
an integrative review, guided by the research question: “How does the training of nurses for care management occur?” The studied performed the search on LILACS, BDENF, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, BVS, and SciELO, using combined strategies to select publications indexed in databases and electronic libraries. The analysis involved bibliometric aspects and the evidence on nursing education contained in the articles. The final sample consisted of eight articles.
Results:
three thematic categories emerged: conceptions and senses; fragmentation of care; and training practices. They showed essential aspects about the nurse training process for care management.
Final Considerations:
research needs to address conceptions inherent to teaching processes focusing on concepts, significance, and application, engaging the development of macro skills to transpose care beyond theory.

Objectives:
to discuss the meanings attributed by professionals to the construction of the service network for women in situations of violence.
Methods:
Convergent Care Research developed with the application of a convergence group with 32 participants from the health, social assistance, or public security sectors, in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul. The data was produced during ten meetings, based on the problematization methodology, and submitted to analysis of thematic content and interpreted with the referential of networks.
Results:
the construction of the network is an artisanal work carried out by people continuously, permeated by bonds, communication and partnerships between services and knowledge of work processes. Lashings require permanent movement.
Final Considerations:
building a network implies defining intertwining lines; form nodes that create cross-sector connections. There is a need to institutionalize processes through care continuity protocols, associated with an efficient communication system between sectors.

Objectives:
to understand the meanings and significance attributed by people with HIV/aids to the process of living with this virus/disease.
Methods:
qualitative and exploratory study, carried out in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Grounded Theory and the Symbolic Interactionism were used. Data were collected in a semistructured interview and through non-participant observation, from August 2017 to May 2018. 29 patients participated.
Results:
living with HIV/AIDS is a social phenomenon in which it is not possible to disconnect the process of adapting to the disease from the social relations one (re)constructs during life. It also involves stigmatization, rejection, and isolation.
Final Considerations:
understanding the meanings of this process is a positive influence for proactive behavior and resilience, not only in regard to the care concerning the presence of the virus and the uninterrupted need to adhere to medication, but also in the way to deal with the social values that reproduce previous models, which, in turn, can help improve self-knowledge.

Objectives:
to analyze the effects of sexuality on frailty and quality of life in the elderly.
Methods:
a sectional study conducted with 662 elderly people between July and October 2020. Four self-administered instruments were used to collect bio-sociodemographic variables, sexuality, frailty and quality of life. Correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were performed.
Results:
among the dimensions that assess sexuality, sexual intercourse had a weak, positive effect on quality of life (SC: 0.134, 95%CI: 0.153 - 0.254, p = 0.027), while affective relationships had a strong, positive effect (SC: 0.556, 95%CI: 0.442 - 0.670, p < 0.001). Frailty was only significantly related to a weak to moderate negative effect with sexual intercourse (SC: -0.216, 95%CI: -0.385 - -0.047, p = 0.012).
Conclusions:
two dimensions of sexuality, Sexual intercourse and Affective relationships, were found to have an effect on the quality of life and frailty of the elderly people investigated.

Objective:
to understand how religiosity can influence the health of individuals diagnosed with mental disorders, based on comprehensive care.
Methods:
this is an integrative literature review, with the inclusion of articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish, between 2010 and 2018.
Results:
the critical analysis and qualitative synthesis of the 24 selected studies were categorized into two subtopics: The influence of religiosity in promoting comprehensive mental health care; Mental health versus religiosity: influencing conditions for effective access to comprehensive care.
Final considerations:
a positive influence of religiosity was identified in the lives of individuals diagnosed with mental disorders; however, evidence shows that health teams do not feel comfortable and prepared to work with religiosity as an expression of spirituality. This being one of the dimensional aspects of health, it can be inferred, on the results, the existence of this gap in the comprehensive care approach.
