Method:
this is a qualitative study, conducted with four families with a total of 20 interviewees, with Symbolic Interactionism as theoretical framework, Grounded Theory as methodological, participant observation and the experience of musical making, mediating the interview as strategies of data collection.
Results:
a comparative analysis of the data led to the identification of the main category and to the construction of the theoretical model TRYING TO REBUILD WHAT WAS BROKEN.
Conclusion:
the family experiencing reintegration lives a process of reconstruction that allows to revisit situations of abandonment and review the behavior of caring and re-meaning of family coexistence. For the health professional, this study invites to think about this theme and to review the concept of family, in order to create their own sense of care.

Objective:
to identify the factors that determine the implementation of educational practices of health promotion and to construct proposals to implement the educational actions of the nurses of the Family Health Units (FHU).
Method:
research-action in which individual interviews and focus group were conducted, with 17 nurses from 12 FHU in the city of Cruzeiro do Sul, Acre state, Brazil. The results were organized by the thematic analysis method.
Results:
the thematic units emerged from the analysis: dichotomy between knowledge and doing in the production of care and health; the nurse’s qualification for educational practices; and conditions favorable to health education practices.
Conclusion:
the thematic analysis showed that the educational practice is hampered by the high demand for care in the unit, lack of physical structure and professional qualification for health education. In the action phase, nurses and local managers agreed on actions to improve the quality of educational practices.

Objective:
To estimate the profile of intimate partner violence involving women in a scenario of Family Health Strategy in the municipality of Nova Iguaçu (Rio de Janeiro).
Method:
A transversal study was conducted in four units with a sample of 640 women between the ages of 25 to 64. The phenomena of violence was determined using the tool Revised Conflict Tactics Scales, validated for Brazil. Statistical analysis took into consideration an estimation of prevalence in the calculation of the p values.
Results:
The situations of violence and the sociodemographic profiles demonstrated a statistically significant relationship with the variables of educational level and housing conditions. Age, ethnicity and economic class demonstrated an association with certain types of violence, varying in type and severity.
Conclusion:
The study investigated the profile of these situations of violence and enabled reflection regarding the approaches adopted by the Family Health Strategy teams.

Method:
a qualitative study with a family health team from a municipality in the countryside of the state of São Paulo. Data were collected through systematic observation and interview with workers. A thematic content analysis was performed.
Results:
three categories were identified: the work of the family health team and power relations; power relations between the nurse and the healthcare team; and the relations among the nursing team and between community agents and the nurse. The team produces relations of power moved by hierarchical knowledge that move in the search for the reordering of powers.
Final considerations:

Objective:
to analyze the practices of care of nurses working in teams of the family health strategy, from the perspective of users.
Method:
qualitative research conducted with 34 registered users in seven family health units of a municipality of Bahia from June to December 2014. The results were organized by the technique of content analysis.
Results:
users showed satisfaction with the nurse care due to listening, warmth and resolution of their health needs, despite the emphasis on procedures and programs targeted to populational groups. The dissatisfaction stems from the authoritarian, prescriptive and inflexible attitude in the nurse care. It was also emphasized that the home visits are directed to the bedridden and more restricted to preventive actions. Educational activities occur during the nursing consultation and in the health unit.
Conclusion:
there is urgent need of redefining the care as a structuring axis of the nurse practice.

Objective:
to characterize hospitalizations for sensitive conditions to primary care of a regional hospital in the Federal District.
Method:
this is a descriptive study, such as case series that considered users admitted between 2008 and 2012 in the Regional Hospital of Ceilândia. The selection of hospitalizations was based on the Brazilian List, and the data were obtained from the Hospital information System. The descriptive statistics was used in the data processing and analysis.
Results:
ACSC (Ambulatory Care Sensitive Conditions) showed a growth tendency, mainly due to cerebrovascular diseases, lung diseases and infections in the kidney and urinary tract. Female and elderly patients showed a higher frequency of hospitalizations.
Conclusion:
the results may help managers and health professionals to implement actions that aim higher solvability of primary care, and contribute to the systematization of nursing care and improved health care.
