Objectives:
to describe the development of a Health Information and Communication Technology for the health care of long-haul truck drivers and their families.
Methods:
this is a description of the development of an Information and Communication Technology, developed from March to September 2023, following the systematization of the experience in five steps: 1) starting point, 2) initial questions, 3) recovery of the lived process, 4) background reflection, and 5) arrival points.
Results:
the technology called “Work-Family Balance,” electronically available, presents resources for the health care of long-haul truck drivers. It is anchored in studies on the health of long-haul truck drivers, notes from the International Labor Organization, the Strategic Action Plan for Confronting Chronic Diseases and Non-Communicable Diseases in Brazil, 2021-2030, and the Declaration by the International Association of Family Nursing.
Final Considerations:
the theoretical improvement of nursing can potentially improve the health care of long-haul truck drivers, prevent Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases, and promote work-life balance to achieve the goals of Agenda 2030.

Objective:
To understand the bioethical issues involved in the care management of nurses working in the Family Health Strategy.
Method:
A qualitative study was conducted through five focus groups with 36 nurses selected in the sample. Thematic content analysis was performed based on the bioethical framework, and the synthesis was presented in a conceptual map.
Results:
Bioethical issues were identified in the nursing care practice, related to both specific bioethical themes and the peculiarities of the work. Additionally, challenges and facilitators that interfere with addressing these issues were identified.
Final considerations:
Understanding the bioethical issues involved in the care management of nurses was possible with the theoretical support of different bioethical perspectives. The identified issues relate to persistent and current themes in the field of bioethics. However, some aspects intrinsic to daily practice are still imperceptible to professionals, contributing to the difficulty of discussing bioethics in this care model.

Objectives:
to understand how fake news has influenced adherence to Covid-19 immunization, from the perspective of health professionals.
Methods:
a qualitative, descriptive-exploratory study was conducted in Campo Grande - MS. Twenty nursing professionals working in vaccine rooms or managing immunobiologicals participated through semi-structured interviews. The interviews were audio-recorded, fully transcribed, and subjected to thematic content analysis.
Results:
two categories emerged in which the professionals highlighted an increase in vaccine hesitancy among the population, influenced by fake news and denialist actions, which negatively interfered with the population’s trust in vaccines and in the professionals administering them.
Final Considerations:
concerns about vaccine safety and denialist actions by authorities and media outlets can contribute to the phenomenon of non-vaccination. The valorization of science, the promotion of educational actions, and raising public awareness about immunization were presented as strategies to increase vaccine coverage

Objective:
to understand how variables strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats make it possible to characterize work in Primary Health Care, to collectively propose strategies for systematizing this process with Family Health teams.
Methods:
methodological research, with 23 participants in direct relationship with Primary Care, including representatives of segments: care (work), management and social control. In one of the three pedagogical meetings, the SWOT matrix was used as a tool for organizational work planning.
Results:
applying the matrix resulted in the following thematic categories: Teamwork and regulations: key elements for interprofessionality at work; Continuing Health Education: path to autonomy and participatory management (co-management).
Final considerations:
the study promoted the systematization of teams’ work, through the mobilization of sectors and distribution of tasks, involving professionals in the co-management of the process.

Objectives:
To describe the mortality coefficients of elderly due to primary care sensitive conditions, from 2008 to 2018, and determine its association with the coverage of the Primary Health Care (Family Health Strategy and Basic Care models) in the Federal District.
Methods:
Ecological time series of mortality in Federal District elderly, from 2008 to 2018. The Poisson regression model was applied, considering as significant those with p<0.05, with a CI of 95%.
Results:
There were 70,503 deaths. There was a decrease in the risk of death of elders due to cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. Higher primary care coverage decreased the chance of death by sensitive conditions, both in Basic Care (OR: 0.994, CI: 0.990-0.998) and in the Family Health Strategy (OR: 0.997, CI: 0.995-0.999).
Conclusions:
Primary Care coverage was associated with a lower chance of death of the elderly due to Ambulatory Care Sensitive Conditions, especially in Basic Care.

Objective:
To report the experience of applying the Safe Child® Method for inserting earrings in children’s earlobes.
Method:
Experience report. The method is organized in order to explain the procedure’s protocol with three steps: 1) Pre-service guidelines; 2) Perforation of the earlobe; and 3) Post-procedure orientations, carried out exclusively at home, lasting approximately one hour and 30 minutes.
Results:
Earlobe perforation occurs using pharmacological and non-pharmacological relaxation techniques, with the inclusion of the family, to promote care that is free from damage and trauma.
Final considerations:
The method aims to protect the child’s physical and emotional health, providing a pleasant experience for the binomial. The techniques and actions used, based on scientific evidence, allow the practice of humanized care, with the empowerment of nurses and autonomy beyond health services.

Objective:
to verify the difference of mean or median in the scores of family functionality and burden of family caregivers of people with mental disorders.
Methods:
cross-sectional study carried out in a Psychosocial Care Center with 61 family caregivers. Instruments were used for sociodemographic characterization, care process, Family Apgar Index and Family Burden Interview Schedule. Mean/median difference tests were adopted.
Results:
women with mental disorders and the presence of children in the home decreased the median of the family Apgar score. Difficulty in the relationship between caregiver/user, nervousness/tension, physical aggression and agitation of patients increased the global average of subjective burden.
Conclusions:
nursing interventions to reduce burden and promote family functionality should prioritize caregivers of women with mental disorders, assist them in managing troublesome behaviors and raising awareness of family nucleus to co-responsibility for caring for sick people, especially in families with children who demand daily care.
