Objectives:
demonstrate and discuss how the black population’s access to health services occurs
Methods:
integrative literature review with the following question: How does the black population’s access to health services occur? The search was carried out in the Scholar, LILACS and SciELO databases and used the descriptor “access to health services” and the term “population,” resulting in a sample with twelve articles.
Results:
studies show that the difficulty of access is a fundamental factor for the quality of life of people, directly compromising preventive services, especially for women’s health and, in addition, it has significant impact on the illness process of the black population within its particularities.
Final Considerations:
several limiting factors compromise the black population’s access to health services, including institutional and structural factors

Objectives:
to evaluate the attributes of primary health care, care coordination and longitudinality, from the perception of the professional and patients in the state of Amazonas, Brazil.
Methods:
quantitative evaluative study, in which was used an external evaluation instrument with 469 professionals and 1,888 patients from 367 primary health care facilities that adhered to the Program for Improving Access and Quality of primary health care (Portuguese acronym: PMAQ) standardized by the Ministry of Health. Data were grouped by multivariate cluster analysis in order to find a classification of primary health care from the perspective of professionals and patients.
Results:
the attributes of coordination and longitudinality are still expressed in a weak and undeveloped way in the Brazilian Amazon scenario.
Conclusions:
it is necessary to recognize the organizational barriers and what could promote conditions for the performance of health care teams in the perspective of a continuous, integral and coordinated care.

Objective:
to analyze a Psychosocial Care Network structure, based on the compromise of its resources and meeting objectives and guidelines recommended in Ordinance 3,088/2011.
Method:
an empirical, quantitative study with 123 primary care professionals, psychosocial and emergency care, who work at Western Network of the city of São Paulo. Questionnaires and statistical analysis were applied through the Exact Fisher’s test with 5% significance considering p= <0.05.
Results:
there is compromise of physical resources in the absence of mental health beds in a general hospital (p=0.047); of technological resources in the lack of discussion forums (p=0.036); of human resources in number of teams (p=0.258); and of financial resources (p=0.159). Psychosocial care is the one that most meets the objectives and guidelines.
Conclusion:
there are insufficient physical, technological, human, and financial resources for the work articulated in the three care modalities that are heterogeneous in terms of meeting the objectives and guidelines.

Objective:
to analyze the trend of hospitalizations of adolescents due to mental and behavioral disorders in Paraná, from 1998 to 2015.
Method:
ecological study of time series. Data were analyzed by means of segmented linear regression modeling for time series, estimated for each of the four health macro-regions.
Results:
the East macro-region showed a greater trend to increase hospitalizations from January 1998 to November 2003 (β1=0.006, p<0.001). In other macro-regions, there were similar trends with a sudden increase in February 2010, but with a further gradual decrease until December 2015. In the quadrennium 2012-2015, 38.06% of the hospitalizations lasted 29 or more days, and in the Northwest macro-region, hospitalizations lasted for up to seven days. The main cause of hospitalization was the use of alcohol and other drugs.
Conclusion:
there is a need to strengthen health actions to prevent drug use and improvements in the care network.

Objective:
to analyze perceptions of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) professional team about mental health-disorder and to identify health actions developed by the team for people with mental disorders.
Method:
a qualitative study of a Marxist theoretical framework and a dialectical method. 99 FHS middle and higher level professionals from São Paulo participated. Semi-structured interviews were conducted. Data were submitted to ALCESTE software and Thematic Content Analysis.
Results:
there were three empirical categories: Training in Mental Health; Perception of the FHS professional about mental health-disorder; and Health actions developed by the FHS team with people with mental disorders. Actions that converge and diverge from the psychosocial care model were identified.
Final considerations:
there is an effort from professionals to work according to the psychosocial care model, but it is necessary to invest in the Permanent Education in Health of these professionals to overcome barriers and foster successful territorial actions.

Objective:
To identify the pedagogical strategies and the elements that determine the construction of the educational workshop in healthcare at the teaching-service integration process.
Method:
Collective case study with qualitative approach. The cases consisted of two undergraduate courses in nursing. Thirty-one interviews were conducted with healthcare professionals, professors and students, in addition to participant observation in seven basic health units (UBS) that received the students interviewed.
Results:
The following analytical categories emerged: teaching-service integration: articulating idealized situations with real situations; pedagogical workshop in health: development of collective pedagogical actions; reflection on the experiences in the pedagogical workshop in health: articulating the knowledge of the work world with the teaching world.
Final Consideration:
Despite the integration difficulties between teaching and service, we can conclude that their encounter generates a fertile field for the development of the educational workshop in healthcare. To this end, the agreement of the strategies presented in the constitution of the workshop is necessary.

Objective:
To describe the evaluation of patients that participated in the National Program for Improving the Access and Quality in Primary Health Care (Programa Nacional de Melhoria do Acesso e da Qualidade na Atenção Básica) for the comprehensive healthcare, the bond and the coordination of care in the country's macro-regions.
Method:
A descriptive, transversal study, from interviews with 65,391 patients of Primary Health Care, in 3,944 municipalities regarding the use of health services.
Results:
The professionals seek to solve the patients' problems in their unit (73.1%) but focused mainly on the scope of the appointment (65.6%) and offering care away from the population's reality (69.4%). Difficulties in the rescue of clinical history were referred (50.3%) and in the care performed in other health services (29.2%).
Conclusion:
The comprehensive health care, the bond and the coordination of care remain challenges to the Primary Health Care in the country, requiring reflections on the implementation of national policies, especially considering the regional diversities in Brazil.
