Objectives:
to report the experience of implementing a nursing strategy to promote self-transcendence in older adults attended at a Primary Health Care center.
Methods:
an experience report on the implementation of a strategy addressing the Theory of Self-Transcendence by nursing to older adults in a primary health unit, in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, from October to November 2022.
Results:
fourteen older adults and three nurses participated. From the expression of feelings, speeches about self-transcendence, spirituality and physical activity promotion, the strategy was satisfactory. Emotional, cognitive and spiritual changes were observed in the different dimensions of the Theory of Self-Transcendence.
Final Considerations:
the nursing strategy on self-transcendence made it possible to identify significant moments that helped to identify the key points in which older adults were; it helped to intervene from a person-to-person care perspective.

Objective:
To present the limitations of the nursing care for women with fetal death, reflecting on this challenge for care practices.
Method:
Reflective study with theoretical focus on national and international publications, along with the experience of the authors in the area of women’s health and obstetrics.
Results:
There are limitations related to nursing care, which involve feelings of insecurity and powerlessness, inappropriate attitudes of these professionals in front of women, difficulties to manage emotional aspects, and structural problems of health services.
Final Considerations:
This study points out that there are challenges to qualify nursing care for women with fetal death, which included academic studies and continuing education in health services. Relational aspects should be valued and demand more sensitivity from nurses, with more empathic relationships in the care for women with fetal death.

Objective:
To describe the factors influencing the use of humor in nursing care, its applicability and benefits.
Method:
A scoping review was performed using the Arksey and O’Mally methodology. A search for articles published between 2008 and 2018 was performed using the platforms EBSCO Host, Virtual Health Library and Google Scholar.
Results:
From the initial 465 articles found, 17 were included for final revision. Data allowed to retrieve information on humor definition; its applicability as a nursing intervention; humor as a tool to improve nurse-patient communication and relationship; influence factors; type of humor interventions; humor benefits in health care context and; limitations and precautions of humor intervention.
Conclusion:
The use of humor promotes both communication and human interaction; it promotes well-being; helps deal/cope with difficult and unpleasant situations, reduces tension, discomfort and stress; and strengthens the immune system. This intervention should be used with caution.

Objective:
To describe the experience in the implementation of the Humanitude Care Methodology (MCH) in the humanization of care for the elderly.
Methodology:
This is an experience report about the implementation of the MCH, in a Health Service in Portugal, with capacity for 30 elderly people, most of them having cognitive alterations.
Results:
The implementation of the MCH has shown positive results in the humanization of care for the elderly, namely in the reduction of agitation behaviors and better acceptance of care. There was a change in organizational culture, more focused on the person and on the humanization of care.
Conclusion:
The results reflect the need to introduce innovative care methodologies in the training of health professionals, with a focus on interaction, for a professionalized relational care that dignifies the person cared for and the care giver.

Objective:
to describe the contribution of the concept of transference to the application of the nursing process in the care of patients with psychical suffering.
Method:
Theoretical study, structured from the following question: Is it possible to develop the nursing process in the care of patients with psychical suffering by using transference?
Result:
The patient is considered as a subject of the unconscious and has a demand he/she is unaware of.
Discussion:
The transference guides the nursing process and favors the elaboration of what has no meaning in the symptom.
Final considerations:
As an implication for practice, the nursing process will articulate the transference function through the nursing diagnosis, which will promote the capture of subsidies for the planning and implementation of care, in which the purpose will be the symbolization of the symptom. To highlight speech as a means to therapeutic relation will offer the patients the condition to dictate the pace of articulation between their signifiers, which will dynamically temporalize the process.

Objective:
Evaluate the perception of nurses regarding interpersonal communication while providing care via telehealth.
Method:
Qualitative research realized with seven nurses working in telehealth in Brazil, the sample was determined by data saturation. A questionnaire with open questions was applied and then content analysis of the dialogues was conducted, focusing on thematic analysis.
Results:
Four categories emerged from the dialogues: Understanding the importance of communication; the interpersonal relationship interfering with communication; Communicating via technology; and Learning the communication process.
Final considerations:
The perception of nurses working in telehealth in Brazil is that technology has facilitated their professional practice; however, in relation to the communication process, they believe it is harder to communicate by telehealth, mainly due to difficulty in perceiving nonverbal signals. To overcome these difficulties, they agreed that interpersonal communication is a skill that must be acquired during their professional training.
