Objective:
To identify relational and organizational barriers related to the production of care and to map strategies and tools that favor comprehensive care.
Methods:
Scoping review of Brazilian publications from 2008 to 2018, related to the production of care in Primary Health Care. From the 348 studies found in the Virtual Health Library, 30 made up the final sample. Three book chapters were added, totaling 33 documents.
Results:
Three thematic categories were organized: Relational dimension between health professionals and users; Interactive dimension of the teamwork process; Organizational dimension and articulation in networks. Challenges of health practices out of context of the users’ needs; inflexible and bureaucratic work processes; and organizational barriers to the access are highlighted. The potentials of mapped tools involved embracement, interprofessional actions and instituting care networks.
Final considerations:
The overview of challenges and processes that induce good practices facilitate a decision-making that is committed with comprehensive care.

Descriptors:
judicial decisions, health’s judicialization, Saúde (in Portuguese), Health, and the keyword: Judicial Action.
Results:
30 studies were selected. In Brazil, the majority were legal claims for medicines and the other for medical errors, requests for vaccines, supplies for diabetics, food compounds, surgical procedure, examinations, among others. In international studies, lawsuits were found for medication, benefit coverage and hospitalization for psychiatric treatment.
Conclusion:
It is evident that the most demanded type of lawsuit was access to the medication at an international level. It is still more noticeable the little discussion on this subject, demonstrating that judicialization of medicines can indicate a reality of Brazil.

Objective:
To reflect about continuing education from the perspective of Augustine of Hippo and his theories based on the construction of knowledge and the learning process.
Method:
This is a theoretical reflection study whose aim is to propose dimensions of analysis, emphasizing the history and challenges of continuing education. Such dimensions analyze the production of knowledge in Augustinian pedagogy, its historical aspects and its close relationship with lifelong education in health professions.
Results:
The results show the difficulty of continuing education to reach adequate importance in health services, and that of academia in appropriating the thoughts of renowned philosophers such as Augustine. This is a result of ignorance about the convergence of these principles and their relevance.
Final considerations:
Continuing education and Augustinian pedagogy walk hand in hand in terms of care, meeting the needs that originate from practice and that are reflected in it, challenging isolated knowledge and putting different areas of knowledge to work together.
