Objective:
To identify relational and organizational barriers related to the production of care and to map strategies and tools that favor comprehensive care.
Methods:
Scoping review of Brazilian publications from 2008 to 2018, related to the production of care in Primary Health Care. From the 348 studies found in the Virtual Health Library, 30 made up the final sample. Three book chapters were added, totaling 33 documents.
Results:
Three thematic categories were organized: Relational dimension between health professionals and users; Interactive dimension of the teamwork process; Organizational dimension and articulation in networks. Challenges of health practices out of context of the users’ needs; inflexible and bureaucratic work processes; and organizational barriers to the access are highlighted. The potentials of mapped tools involved embracement, interprofessional actions and instituting care networks.
Final considerations:
The overview of challenges and processes that induce good practices facilitate a decision-making that is committed with comprehensive care.

Objectives:
to identify scientific evidence in the literature regarding educational actions on leprosy developed with adolescents.
Method:
an integrative review of the literature, with the following research question: what are the leprosy educational practices currently being developed with adolescents? The search was performed in the following databases: MEDLINE, Scopus, LILACS, CINAHL, BVS Hanseníase and other sources, using “adolescent”; “leprosy”; “health education”; “public health”, and “public health practice” as keywords. Results: the sample was comprised of nine studies. Leprosy educational practices with adolescents verifiably promote change in knowledge when they are based on constructivist methodologies. The nurse is recognized as a professional with potential for developing these educational practices. Final considerations: actions for leprosy education with adolescents do lead to changes in knowledge, but new research is needed to evaluate their effectiveness in further improving this knowledge as well as changing behaviors and practices.

Objective:
To analyze the practices of nurses working in the Family Health Strategy (FHS) in a city of Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and the theoretical foundations that guide them.
Method:
Qualitative research through semi-structured interviews with twelve nurses working in eleven FHS units between August and December 2014. Data were organized by hermeneutic-dialectical analysis.
Results:
The nurse is inserted in the municipal FHS as care coordinator and political agent; has practices aimed at welcoming, mobilizing social groups, making technical and monitoring of users through health programs. The practices remain in the confrontation of problems and are guided by technical manuals and coordination of health programs.
Final considerations:
Studies are needed to recognize the nurse's therapeutic objective at the FHS and to propose theoretical foundations, specific to Nursing or Collective Health that will instrumentalize their daily practice.

Objective:
to analyze the meanings produced by nursing professionals in the directly observed treatment (DOT) for tuberculosis (TB) in the city of São Paulo.
Method:
this is a qualitative study, conducted in March and April 2014 through semi-directed interviews with nine nurses. The empirical material produced was analyzed according to the theoretical and methodological support of the Discourse Analysis of French matrix.
Results:
results have emerged as three discursive blocks: conditions for the production of tuberculosis control practices; production conditions facilitating the treatment of tuberculosis; and production conditions hindering the treatment of tuberculosis.
Conclusion:
these professionals' words produce different meanings, which suggest that the practices of nursing professionals allow the patient to search for a cure, which is reinforced by incentives of a social nature, but permeated by the vicissitudes that are circumscribed in the ill person's everyday production conditions.
