Methods:
a scoping review, based on the Joanna Briggs Institute method, conducted in 11 databases, including studies from 2004 to 2022.
Results:
11 studies were selected, categorized, highlighting the characteristics, evaluated outcomes, areas, and conditions of podcast application, indicating it as an effective tool for promoting behavioral change, health promotion, and social interaction, demonstrating its potential to improve well-being, quality of life, and user/client autonomy.
Conclusions:
the use of podcasts proves to be an effective, innovative, and low-cost tool, with a significant social impact, being effective for behavioral change, satisfaction, and social interaction. However, the lack of comprehensive studies on podcast development methodologies represents challenges to be overcome.

Objective:
to describe characteristics of pregnant women at risk and analyze the relationship with type of delivery and complications during pregnancy and puerperium.
Methods:
a retrospective study with secondary data of 1,574 at-risk pregnant women followed up in an educational intervention by telemedicine.
Results:
pregnant women with an average age of 35 years and high educational level participated. Preference for normal delivery was 43.1%, but only 17.3% had normal delivery. During pregnancy, 43.5% sought emergency care. In the postpartum period, 2.0% needed an ICU. Emergency room search was associated with age and contacts with the intervention. Cesarean delivery was associated with age, physical inactivity and overweight/obesity. ICU admission was associated with age and BMI.
Conclusion:
pregnant women were of high age and education, the younger and who had more contacts with the intervention sought more the emergency room. Older age, physical inactivity and overweight/obesity were factors associated with cesarean delivery.

Objectives:
to assess the usability of an app prototype for diabetic foot self-care by an end user.
Methods:
a descriptive study that uses heuristic assessment of a hybrid app usability. Fifteen users of an outpatient diabetes care service in a capital of Northeastern Brazil participated in the study during April 2018. The usability measurement tool called Smartphone Usability questionnaiRE was applied.
Results:
the lowest score was 77 and the highest was 112, with an average usability of 96.1 points. Usability was framed in the last two levels, 70 and 8o. Users now strongly agree (level 70) and fully (level 80) with the assessed items, which represents good usability of the apps prototype.
Conclusions:
the final product developed focuses on user needs and requirements, which can ensure usability based on effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction triad.

Objective:
to evaluate the GestAção application, based on the experience of pregnant women use.
Method:
an evaluative, applied, methodological, quantitative-qualitative study. This tool was evaluated by 13 pregnant women through questionnaires for sociodemographic profile characterization and Likert scale use to calculate Content Validity Index (CVI); and semi-structured interview, with analysis based on Semiotics.
Results:
the study evidenced a significant level of satisfaction of pregnant women with the application use, considering the objectives (CVI = 0.92), structure and presentation (CVI = 0.86), and relevance (CVI = 0.92).
Final considerations:
the GestAção application obtained an overall CVI of 0.90, evidencing it as a facilitating and supporting technology in the empowerment of pregnant women interested in obtaining knowledge about pregnancy. It has been proved to be a powerful tool to qualify good practices in nursing consultation.

Methods:
Qualitative study, with a target audience of nurses, performed between July and December 2016 at the Emergency Care Units. Data were collected through an online instrument, consisting of open and closed questions, performed with 19 professionals. The data were analyzed through the discourse of the collective subject by QuantiQualisoftware.
Results:
The sample consisted of 19 nurses, mostly female (80%), with a mean age of 30 years old. Two central ideas were constructed: nurses’ knowledge about the Telemedicine Program in Cardiology; and actions developed by nurses. Also, a flow of the program’s assistance was built.

Objective:
To evaluate the long-term results of an educational program compared to usual care.
Method:
A longitudinal study in which 56 participants from a previous study (randomized controlled clinical trial) were evaluated twelve months after the percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) was assessed by the Medical Outcomes Study: 36-item Short Form (SF-36), and anxiety and depression symptoms were assessed by the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). A repeated measures analysis of variance was performed (significance level 0.05).
Results:
Participants in the educational program showed improvement of HRQoL in the Role-Emotional domain, while those in the usual care did not present changes (p=0.05). Both groups showed improvement in the Role-Physical (p = 0.001) and Bodily Pain (p=0.01) domains over time. There were no differences in the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Conclusion:
One year after the PCI, there were significant differences between groups only for the Role-Emotional domain of the SF-36.
