Objective:
To identify the Nursing interventions, described in literature, in the ERAS® program.
Method:
We defined a scoping review based on the recommendations of The Institute Joanna Brigs (JBI) and on research in electronic databases. We chose the studies through flow diagrams “Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA)” and presented them in a chart.
Results:
We found 306 articles published between 2010 and 2018 and included 14 of them. The main results were: the crucial role nurses play throughout the surgical process, which begins at the preoperative nursing consultation; goes to post-operative care, such as early giving food to patients, effective management of pain or early mobilization; and ends in telephone follow-up.
Conclusion:
The introduction of the surgical program ERAS® may be an opportunity for nurses to play a more influential role in the surgical path, directly involving with their clients’ results.

Objective:
to analyze health promotion programs in the supplementary health care.
Methods:
This was a multiple case study with a qualitative approach whose data were obtained from interviews with coordinators of providers contracted by the corporations of health insurance plans in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The data were submitted to Critical Discourse Analysis.
Results:
Home care has been described as the main action in the fi eld of health promotion transferred to the providers, followed by management of patients and cases, and the health education.groups. The existence of health promotion principles is questionable in all programs. Outsourcing is marked by a process with a division between cost and care management. Implications of this process occur within admission and interventions on the needs of the benefi ciaries.
Conclusions:
Statements revealed rationalization of cost, restructuring of work, and reproduction of the dominant logic of capital accumulation by the health insurance companies.

Objective:
to identify, in international scientific production, the main psychosocial factors in nursing work, found through the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) application.
Methods:
a systematic review study of psychosocial factors at work among nursing professionals, who used COPSOQ in the assessment of work environments.
Results:
fifteen articles were identified, which highlighted as main psychosocial dimensions of nursing work demands, work organization, social relationships and leadership, work-home interface, workplace health and well-being and offensive behaviors.
Conclusion:
the high demands for cognitive, emotional work and work pace were identified in the nursing routine. Management support had a positive impact. Physical and psychological violence and shift work interfere in family life, aggravating the fatigue of these professionals. Interventions for reducing work stress presuppose the identification of psychosocial factors involved in nursing work.
