Objective:
Identifi cation of terminology relating to nursing practices aimed at children and adolescents at risk of domestic violence.
Methods:
bibliographic descriptive research which selected 40 articles from the Virtual Health Library on domestic violence against children and adolescents, its manifestations, causes, and consequences, in association with nursing procedures for its confrontation and prevention, and which also identifi ed terminology via computer tools.
Results:
17,365 terms that, after standardization and uniformity procedures, resulted in a listing of 915 terms.
Conclusion:
The terminology selected focused on the individual biopsychic nexus and the historic manifestation of this phenomenon was partially identifi ed in terms that appear less frequently in these articles, thereby explaining the contradiction between the formal identifi cation logic of such terminology and the dialectic logic that recognizes the historic reasons for, and dynamicity of, such phenomena.

Objectives:
to determine which component items of hospital bills, examined by nurse auditors, were adjusted the most during pre-analysis; to identify the impact upon revenue caused by the adjustments to bills analyzed by physician and nurse auditors; and to identify disallowances related to items checked by the audit team.
Method:
quantitative, exploratory, descriptive, singlecase study.
Results:
after analysis of 2,613 bills, it was found that the item most included by nurses was gas (90.5%) and the most excluded was inpatient drugs (41.2%). Hemodynamics materials, gases and equipment had the greatest impact on upward adjustments. Downward adjustments were the result of improper entries on bills and did not generate revenue losses. Of total disallowances, 52.24% were related to the pre-analysis of nurses and 47.76% to that of physicians.
Conclusion:
this study of the pre-analysis process provides input that enhances knowledge about hospital bill audits.

Objective:
To analyze the determinants for non-vaccination against COVID-19 in pregnant women in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Methods:
An epidemiological study with a cross-sectional design was conducted using data from the project titled “Childbirth and Breastfeeding in Children of Mothers Infected by SARS-CoV-2,” developed during the pandemic in the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Results:
The study sample consisted of 360 pregnant women, of whom 77.89% received the COVID-19 vaccine. External, social, and institutional determinants can influence lower adherence to COVID-19 vaccination, especially the absence of employment during pregnancy, difficult access to prenatal consultations, and a compromised or deficient support network.
Conclusions:
In light of this scenario, greater encouragement for health education is necessary, especially during prenatal care, resulting in lower rates of morbidity and mortality and favorable perinatal outcomes.

Objective:
To know the ways and means of comfort perceived by the older adults hospitalized in a medical service.
Method:
Ethnographic study with a qualitative approach. We conducted semi-structured interviews with 22 older adults and participant observation of care situations.
Results:
The ways and means of providing comfort are centered on strategies for promoting care mobilized by nurses and recognized by patients(clarifying/informing, positive interaction/communication, music therapy, touch, smile, unconditional presence, empathy/proximity relationship, integrating the older adult or the family as partner in the care, relief of discomfort through massage/mobilization/therapy) and on particular moments of comfort (the first contact, the moment of personal hygiene, and the visit of the family), which constitute the foundation of care/comfort.
Final considerations:
Geriatric care is built on the relationship that is established and complete with meaning, and is based on the meeting/interaction between the actors under the influence of the context in which they are inserted. The different ways and means of providing comfort aim to facilitate/increase care, relieve discomfort and/or invest in potential comfort.

Results:
The total of NSs was 110, averaging 3.9 per patient. It was listed seven different NSs, and both the Risk of infection and the Volume of excessive liquids appeared on all patients (28; 100%), and risk of electrolyte imbalance, in 26 (96.8%) older adults, being considered as main NSs.
Conclusion:
Such results can help systematize the care of older people who are undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

Objective:
To assess the development and implementation of permanent education action.
Method:
Quantitative-qualitative research based on action research in three phases (diagnosis of reality, implementation of activity and evaluation), performed with health professionals and managers of basic health units. The evaluation was on the perception of changes immediately following the activity and after 120 days.
Results:
In the first phase, 110 professionals took part, 36.4% of whom indicated the existence of groups for older adults at work. In the second phase, 98 professionals participated, pointing out interferences of the group in the life of older adults, items of importance and facilitation in forming groups and developing reality-based activities. The third phase showed, in the quantitative analysis, positive impact of the training, and in the qualitative analysis, reassessment of groups, greater knowledge and confidence in managing groups and increased respect for older adults.
Final considerations:
Permanent education opens pathways for the construction of differentiated care for older adults based on respect and health promotion.
