Objective:
To carry out the National Immunization Program Information System (SIPNI) accessability assessment (EA), considering the description of the intervention, the elaboration of the theoretical-logical model and the identification of the evaluative questions.
Method:
A single case study with a qualitative approach, based on the system of seven elements proposed by Thurston and Ramaliu (2005). The SIPNI and the context of analysis, the vaccination rooms, were defined as the case.
Results:
The SIPNI description, based on documents and scientific evidence, made it possible to understand its operationalization, the main events that characterize it. The theoretical-logical model visually and systematically configured the SIPNI organization with details of the inputs, activities, products and expected effects. The evaluative questions were evaluated and validated to evaluate the SIPNI.
Final considerations:
The SIPNI is evaluable and presented a favorable scenario for its development. EA is an important strategy for planning subsequent evaluations, maximizing their potentials.

Objectives:
to analyze the processes of production of meanings, based on the positions of Brazilian nursing representative entities, on distance education, considering the implications for nursing as a discipline, profession and work.
Methods:
this documentary research was carried out in sources from the Federal Nursing Council and Associação Brasileira de Enfermagem, from 2015 to 2018. Data were examined from discourse analysis, using paraphrase and polysemy as analytical devices.
Results:
they were organized based on the effects of meanings produced and affiliated to two analytical categories: “Forms of mobilization and operating entities” and “Basis and justifications for the positions”.
Final Considerations:
the discourses signal concern about the future training of new professionals. Resistance, participation, visibility, broad and emphatic debate on the topic are shown as strategies for coping and defending a training process less captured by neoliberal logic, and more relational and committed to the quality of health care.

Objectives:
to understand the life stories and itineraries of transvestites and transsexuals in health services.
Methods:
study with a qualitative approach, anchored in the methodological framework of Oral History. Interviews were conducted and thematically analyzed.
Results:
two themes emerged: 1) gender and sexuality in life stories; and 2) the trajectories in health services. These revealed the challenges in the process of recognizing gender identity before the family and society. The reports show the dilemmas that transsexuals and transvestites face in health care, which ends up generating the removal of this population from services.
Final Considerations:
it has been demonstrated that Oral History can increase knowledge, especially about life histories and trajectories in the health services of transvestites and transsexuals; in addition, information was offered that can assist managers and health professionals in making decisions or caring for these people.
