Objectives:
to assess high-risk prenatal care and identify strategies for improving care.
Methods:
a mixed study of a prospective cohort, with 319 mothers in a public maternity hospital, from October 2016 to August 2017, using a semi-structured instrument and interview. Analysis was performed using the chi-square test (p≤0.05). The qualitative approach was carried out through interviews with guiding questions to 13 managers, at their workplace, between January and March 2020, analyzed under social phenomenology.
Results:
higher rates of inadequacy were identified for all criteria. However, when care was shared, there was a higher rate for performing tests (p=0.023), consultations (p=0.002), risk stratification (p=0.013) and emergency information (≤0.000). Weaknesses in the record evidenced impairment in communication and continuity of care.
Final Considerations:
shared care is a strategy for improving care, however there is a need to strengthen effective referral and counter-referral to care continuity.

Objectives:
to analyze the social representations of rural women about being a woman in the rural context and its implications for sexual and reproductive health.
Methods:
this is a descriptive qualitative study with data triangulation, based on the Theory of Social Representations, developed with 31 women who live in the rural context of Minas Gerais (MG/BR). An in-depth interview with a semi-structured script was conducted. A lexical analysis was performed with the help of the ALCESTE 2012 software.
Results:
the family relationship, especially the couple’s, demonstrated subjectivities and was permeated by violence and normalized sexual practice. The imagery dimension of the ideal family seems to be responsible for exerting domination over rural women.
Final Considerations:
rural women are subject to the norms and prescriptions of a patriarchal society. It is urgent to increase attention to sexual and reproductive health in an egalitarian and liberating way in order to minimize the consequences of machismo and conservatism.

Objectives:
to discuss the repercussions of chemsex on the health of men who have sex with men (MSM), contextualizing it in a global health scenario and pointing out the implications for nursing care.
Methods:
theoretical-reflexive study based on scientific literature and concepts related to global health.
Results:
we present the epidemiology of the chemsex phenomenon, the main demands of the field, the reasons why it has become a global public health problem, and the implications for nursing practice.
Final Considerations:
chemsex is growing in all age groups of MSM and is globally benefiting from location-based applications to gain magnitude, finding an important potential audience in the migrant population. Nursing structures can help accelerate the proposal and implementation of biomedical and behavioral measures to address chemsex in its entirety, qualifying care and inducing teamwork with interprofessional collaboration.
