Experts considered that the attributes of functional suitability, performance efficiency, reliability, maintainability, usability, safety and portability obtained desirable scores.
e-TEORISC has evidence of validity to instrumentalize care for people at cardiovascular risk, with potential for technology transfer to the Brazilian Health System.
