Objective:
To identify the factors associated with the use of the N95 respirator in Nursing and Medical students in the daily life of the covid-19 pandemic.
Methods:
Descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study carried out in 2020. A total of 830 students from three universities in Peru participated in the study. Associations were evaluated using Pearson’s Chi-Square and multivariate Poisson modeling with log linkage.
Results:
Statistically significant differences were found between the preference to use the N95 respirator in relation to masks according to the activity they perform (p=0.001) and where they live (p=0.005). The multivariate analysis reported that the associated characteristics were age, activity performed, perception and fear of being infected by covid-19.
Conclusion:
The choice of N95 respirator is influenced by individual factors and perceptions. Spaces are needed to discuss daily life, the way of living, caring and educating, considering the socioeconomic dimensions and beliefs.

The performance of the professionals was evaluated by the Positivity Index.
Results:
of 22 itens observed, five were adequate, five were safe, two were classified as borderline and ten as endurable among those who stand out; Bring to bed only medications prescribed for a single child and maintains an adequate record of prepared medications that will be stored.

Objective:
to identify actions to prevent adolescent sexual violence.
Method:
an integrative literature review of five databases, Medline/Pubmed, Scopus, Lilacs, Bdenf, Cinahl using the following descriptors “adolescent” “adolescence” “youth” “primary prevention” “prevention” “primary” “sexual violence”, plus the Boolean operators AND and OR, with a final sample of 24 articles; the evidence was assessed by the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation
Results:
the review identifies different structures of the study object, classified in the categories “Interventions with programs created by authors” and “Interventions with standard programs”.
Conclusion:
there are actions to prevent sexual violence against adolescents; the participants’ knowledge was assessed immediately after the intervention, but the assessment of the participants’ acquisition of habits and behavioral changes was to a lesser extent; health prevention is crucial for society’s healthy development, which demonstrates that its applicability in the environment directly favors human health.

Objective:
To understand the meaning of well-being of older persons in situation of abandonment.
Methods:
a qualitative phenomenological study, carried out in a nursing home in Tepic, Nayarit, from 2017 to 2019. Intentional sampling with 12 older persons aged 60 and above. Data collection occurred by phenomenological interview. The ethical criteria of the General Health Law were respected. Participants signed the Informed Consent Form. Data analysis took place through phenomenological analysis.
Results:

Objectives:
theoretical validation of the concept of low self-efficacy in health as a nursing diagnosis construct.
Methods:
construction of a middle-range theory for validating diagnoses, comprised of five stages: definition of the approach for building the theory; definition of the main concepts; creation of a pictorial diagram; formulation of proposals; establishment of causal relationships and evidence for clinical practice. The main concepts were identified through a literature review and the studies were taken from the LILACS, SCOPUS, CINAHL and PubMed/MEDLINE databases. The final sample was comprised of 92 articles.
Results:
eighteen etiological factors and 16 clinical indicators were identified; characterized as antecedents and manifestations for inferring a diagnosis of low self-efficacy in health.
Conclusions:
the related concepts of the new nursing diagnosis of low self-efficacy in health, to be applied in clinical nursing practice, were identified and defined.

Data collection was carried out through a phenomenological interview with a detonating question. Ethical principles of the General Health Law in health research were fulfilled. Analysis with Heideggerian hermeneutic circle was performed.
Results:
unity of meaning on the consciousness of a higher power for transcendence is highlighted, where spirituality and religiosity are resources of the elderly for strength, feel protected, overcome difficult situations and reach fullness; both favor the understanding of their historicity by manifesting enlightenment.

Objective:
Understand the learning experiences on health promotion and prevention of nursing interns during their community practice.
Method:
This is a descriptive-interpretative study, with a qualitative approach, obtaining data from 19 nursing interns from a public university in Lima-Perú, using 3 focus groups.
Results:
Three categories were structured: considering the importance of the nursing teacher in their training; experiencing complexity in training for the prevention and promotion of health in the community; and considering the preventive-promotional area as a future professional practice.
Final Considerations:
The students perceived the complexity of community practice in the prevention and promotion of health. They stated that teachers and students should know the context where they develop their practices and that teacher’s exercise leadership in the community. The inclination of some nursing interns for their future professional practice in this area was also evident.
